Mandy Lacy

Mandy Lacy is the Executive Director and founder of Star Potential. She provides the consultancy, organisational development, professional supervision and executive coaching for Star Potential.
Mandy is a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) specialising in organisations. Now internationally accredited as a Provisional Trainer and Supervisor Transactional Analyst (PTSTA) which allows her to teach and supervise TA in the organisational field. Organisational Transactional Analysis (TA) is a psychology of organisations and groups specifically useful for understanding and developing organisational culture, leadership, values and attitudes, workplace behaviour and communication.
Mandy Lacy, CTA and PTSTA (WPATA/ITAA), specialises in organisational applications. She is a workplace behaviour and communication specialist working with leaders, managers, staff and governance to develop more effective and operating environments. Mandy has worked in many organisational settings throughout corporate and non-profit and in many sectors; health, social and community services, disability, mental health and addiction, business and workforce development, new business initiatives and most recently won a marketing award.
Mandy provides coaching and professional supervision services, facilitation, professional development and Transactional Analysis training and supervision. She also develops services that are tailored for individuals and teams to meet their goals and outcomes. She is an accredited supervisor and coach (ASCCANZ reg.)
Mandy is also an international certified trainer in the ‘The Process Communication Model’ (PCM), developed by Dr Taibi Kahler. PCM helps businesses, organisations and individuals to improve their communication and stress management skills.
