Susan Rawlins
Susan is an independant consultant, project manager and supervisor. She has eight years experience of management and leadership within mental health, experience of project management and TA training. She is studying Transactional Analysis in the organisational field Susan currently working on her dissertation for certification.
Susan facilitates workplace development initiatives through coaching, training, team building and professional supervision. She co-designed and facilitates the professional development workshops for women RISE ABOVE.
She works with each client to clarify their needs and tailors her services to meet their individual requirements. Susan offers the means to gain a greater understanding of group and interpersonal dynamics, working with clients to enable organisations, groups and individuals to better realise their values, goals and strategies.
Susan believes in developing people so that they can add value to their organisation and learn to maximise their own personal potential at work.
