Richard Croad

Richard has an hounours degree in Industrial Management and Engineering and having attended courses on numerous other leadership and management related topics, I am now firmly of the opinion that what we all need to learn is how to communicate better and to do this by learning about ourselves and others in terms of why we communicate the way we do and how we can change that for the better.

With his return to coaching and consulting and his first objective was to become a certified trainer and experienced practitioner in the Process Communication Model. He met with Werner Naef who brought PCM to New Zealand in early 2008 and undertook the initial training shortly thereafter.

Harmonious, progressive and considerate communities arising from a groundswell of people fulfilling their potential and delivering considered outcomes to the benefit of themselves and those around them is what Richard is passionate about.

Richard aspires to being a catalyst for change, applying sound thinking whilst balancing the needs of both internal and external environments with an eye to the greater good of the social and business communities which are part of our lives. IHe is active in supporting current and emerging leaders.

He believes; "there are no 'right' answers, its the endeavour and the journey that makes the difference".
